THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a pioneer and global market leader in industrial radio controls. Their leading customers use their control systems for, among other things, gantry cranes, harbor cranes, railway machines, hydraulic truck cranes, vacuum trucks, and various other industrial applications. Advice and providing custom service solutions are important elements of the service and the reason why customers choose them and establish a long-term partnership with them
You ensure that customers feel welcome within the company.
You maintain (telephone) contact with account managers, engineers and customers about requests, quotes and orders.
You proactively inform customers about developments, process incoming orders for parts or repeat orders for control systems. Ultimately, you are an important link in the day-to-day operations in the company because you take care in the background that things are perfectly arranged for customers, colleagues and in your own role.
The client is strongly growing and with a team of 12 colleagues, they work together as a Sales and Engineering team for their business customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. They are also supported by a factory in Malta. Their success is determined by quickly acting on what the customer wants, doing things better and organizing them better.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 years of commercial experience in a technical trading or production company.
- You are solution-oriented, customer- and service-oriented and have a good commercial feeling.
- You are a team player with good communication and commercial skills.
- You have completed a MBO-level education (administrative, commercial or similar).
