THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a family business and has been a Dutch specialist in cranes, hoists, and everything above and below the hook for more than 100 years. The product range is unique in the Netherlands, and they are an importer of SWF Krantechnik, Hitachi, and Sapelem. Quality and service are of paramount importance, and they are proud to call themselves a purveyor to the court. Currently, 15 people work there, and to further facilitate growth, they are looking for a Service Mechanic (JR/MR).

As a Service Mechanic, you will assemble and install Ad's lifting and hoisting equipment at our customers in the Netherlands. You will work on various projects that range from the installation of an electric chain hoist to the complete commissioning of a new crane park. You will also ensure that our customer can continue to work safely with their crane park by performing preventive maintenance, ensuring inspection and testing of lifting equipment, and resolving malfunctions on request.

Our client is growing rapidly, and we expect you to grow with us in responsibilities and knowledge. You will follow targeted courses from our house brands SWF, Hitachi, and Sapelem and courses in the broad field of electronics and mechanics.

YOU MUST HAVE

• You have a Technical (Vocational) MBO diploma, for example in Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, and/or Mechanics.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a mechanic.
• VCA certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
• Possess a driving license B.
• Experience working at height and independently at customer locations.
• Knowledge of electronics and/or mechanics.
• You are creative, customer-oriented, and have a hands-on approach, with a down-to-earth mentality.
