What you will do

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage financial administration and bookkeeping processes.

• Financial Control: Monitor financial workflows, perform reconciliations, and maintain internal controls.

   

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, interactive dashboards, and KPI analyses.

• Budget & Cost Management: Lead budget planning, forecasting, and rigorous cost monitoring.

   

• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for management, external auditors, and stakeholders.

   

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements within financial workflows and ERP systems.

What we need from you

• Experience: 1-2 years of direct experience as a Financial Accountant or Controller.

• Sector Knowledge: Proven experience in operational environments (Logistics, Terminals, Production, or Energy).

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.

   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure.
