Act as the pivot in damage management, handling files from A to Z with a focus on maximum efficiency.
Authorize repairs and expert assessments, including cost control, progress monitoring, and invoice verification.
Handle the administration, processing, and archiving of damage cases and dossiers.
Manage total loss cases in consultation with the Damage Coordinator.
Oversee the bidding and sales procedures for damaged vehicles.
Maintain professional correspondence with clients, repairers, experts, and other third-party institutions.
Manage vehicle theft protocols, including coordination with authorities to recover vehicles.
Organize and manage replacement transport for clients.
A completed MBO diploma, preferably in a technical-administrative field.
At least 4-5 years of experience in damage repair and claims handling.
Proven background as a claims handler or calculator at a repair shop or insurance company.
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
A sharp eye for detail and strong administrative capabilities.

Annual contract with the intention of a permanent position (40 hours per week).
