We’re growing and need someone who truly understands how to sell recruitment and staffing services, can generate qualified leads, position our brand, and drive predictable, measurable growth.
Analyze and redesign Condigno’s brand identity.
Propose and lead changes to our website (structure, copy, messaging, usability).
Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
Design and execute the content calendar for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Define the type of content that employees should publish to reinforce company positioning.
Manage content creation and coordinate external freelancers (designers, copywriters, etc.) as needed.
Research target customers (CEOs, founders, tech/HR leaders) to understand their buying behavior.
Analyze competitors and adjust strategy accordingly.
Design and run lead generation campaigns for recruitment and staffing services.
Build effective conversion funnels and simple automations (e.g., emails, forms, tracking).
Select and implement tools for lead acquisition and management.
Create all commercial materials (presentations, cases, sales decks, proposals).
Coordinate freelance salespeople and monitor their performance.
Track sales KPIs and propose improvements based on results.
As performance improves, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own marketing/growth team.
You’ll be fully responsible for the end-to-end marketing and commercial strategy—from attraction to conversion.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing strategy, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Advanced English is required – you’ll interact with international clients and decision-makers.
Experience selling recruitment, selection, or staffing services is a major plus.
Solid knowledge of basic marketing tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email marketing, funnels, automations).
Ability to manage and coordinate external service providers (design, paid media, content).
Strong writing skills in Spanish.
Autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced, no-micromanagement environment.
Permanent contract as a contractor, paid monthly in euros.
Fixed base salary + commissions based on performance (qualified leads and closed deals).
