Are you passionate about content creation but also a sales-driven powerhouse?
At Condigno, weβre looking for a hybrid profile that combines branding, content marketing, and B2B sales. This person will be responsible for building our positioning strategy and, most importantly, for actively selling our tech and talent services to companies in the USA, Canada, and optionally, Europe.
Design and execute a content strategy targeting decision-makers (LinkedIn, blog, multimedia).
Create persuasive, sales-oriented content (posts, memes, articles, short videos).
Strengthen Condigno's brand presence in the tech consulting and staffing industry.
Actively prospect B2B clients (inbound and outbound).
Design and run outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
Follow up with leads and book sales meetings.
Support with commercial pitches, proposals, and closing deals.
Identify new business opportunities in target markets.
Collaborate in building sales materials and pitch decks.
Track and report key performance metrics.
Proven experience selling tech services, talent solutions, or staffing.
Portfolio of content created with a sales or B2B focus (especially for LinkedIn).
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and outreach automation.
Experience selling to companies in USA and/or Canada (Europe is a plus).
Intermediate to advanced English for client communication and content creation.
