The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AFAS functionalities and be able to provide comprehensive support across various modules. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of AFAS systems, resolving user issues, and implementing system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for AFAS modules, including but not limited to:
- Financials
- HR & Payroll
- Logistics
- CRM
- Project Management
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AFAS issues, working closely with end-users to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Configure and customize AFAS systems to meet evolving business needs, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower users to leverage AFAS effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AFAS developments and industry best practices.
- Proven experience as an AFAS Functional Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple AFAS modules and their functionalities.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
- Experience with AFAS implementations and upgrades is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
