What you'll do:
- Implement new systems: You'll be involved in the implementation of systems such as AFAS, ONS, HelloID, and care domotics.
- Provide user support: Offer training and technical assistance to ensure users effectively utilize these applications.
- Analyze user needs: Identify user requirements and suggest improvements to existing systems.
- Manage change: Oversee system changes and ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate: Work closely with various departments and regularly visit our clients.
- Passion for healthcare: A strong desire to improve the lives of others.
- Analytical skills: The ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- User-focused: A patient and helpful demeanor when explaining technical concepts.
