Service Support Employee

We are looking for care workers who provide attention to residents in our care homes, participants in our meeting centers, and clients in home care. We want to make their work easier by providing information technology (IT) support and excellent service. Because we believe that everyone deserves IT assistance when they have questions or when something goes wrong.
You would work 36 hours a week at our office in Leiderdorp, through a one-year contract with Nexo Group before directly renewing the contract with us based on performance.Your contribution would be essential in providing appropriate care to those who need it.

About Our client: At our company, we are working hard to shape innovative and bold care for today and tomorrow. For example, we use electronic client records and eHealth applications such as image care, lifestyle monitoring, and wound care applications. All of this is to relieve our care colleagues and provide our clients and residents with the care they deserve. As a Service Support Employee, you would be the first point of contact when a colleague has a question. Whether it’s about an application or a problem with physical IT use, you’ll be there to assist. If you can handle the request immediately by answering the question or resolving the issue with a device, that’s great! If you need support, you can reach out to our functional managers or possibly the provider. Collaboration is key at our company.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • You want to contribute to future care.
  • Customer focus comes naturally to you.
  • You prefer working independently.
  • You have the patience to explain things step by step to people.
  • You enjoy testing new IT resources and software updates.
  • You can perform maintenance and repairs on IT resources (or coordinate with third parties if necessary).
  • You have completed IT education at the MBO 4 level.
  • You have knowledge of ITIL and specific IT resources.
