QA & Management Employee

Job Title: QA & Management Employee Job Description: As a QA & Management employee, you perform triage and act as the first point of contact for questions from the IT organization regarding IT security risk management. You also know how to engage the organization with your enthusiastic and understandable way of communicating the story behind IT security risk management. Your knowledge of drafting, managing, and implementing processes and reports is valuable to the IT security risk management of the organization. The emphasis is on maturing and streamlining various IT security risk processes.

Your Role: As a QA & Management employee, your responsibilities include:
• Performing triage and acting as the first point of contact for questions from the IT organization regarding IT security risk management.
• Engaging the organization with your enthusiastic and understandable way of communicating the story behind IT security risk management.
• Drafting, managing, and implementing processes and reports.
• Making risk areas within the organization visible through reporting.
• Providing and visualizing data, offering advice, and addressing risks.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• Completed HBO/WO education, preferably in ICT (security).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in compliance, process management, and reporting.
• Keen eye for reporting with a narrative, visual, and attractive approach.
• Proficient in Excel and general knowledge of the Office suite.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or another cybersecurity framework is a plus.
• Design and creativity are a plus.

We Offer: For this position, this includes:
• Salary of approximately €3,800 gross per month (based on a 36-hour workweek).
• 144 hours of statutory leave (based on a full-time position) plus additional leave depending on age (at least one week).
