Job Description: As an Application Engineer for Process Automation, you are ready to take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced systems that ensure water quality and safety. You design system configurations, both functional and technical, and together with your colleagues, you write the operating software and maintain and manage the PA applications.

Your Role: As an Application Engineer for Process Automation, your responsibilities include:
• Designing operating systems.
• Implementing both small and larger changes.
• Creating and testing operating software.
• Commissioning the developed software.
• Maintaining and managing the applications.
• Maintaining documentation.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• A completed MBO education in the field of industrial automation, electrical engineering, or related training.
• Experience in the field of process automation or industrial technology.
• Knowledge of platforms, systems, and networks in process automation.
• Willingness to work on-call duty.
We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• Max €4,519 (scale 9) or €5,092 (scale 10) per month for 36 hours per week. Classification depends on work experience.
• An allowance on top of your (monthly) salary of no less than 21% IKB (Individual Choice Budget), to be spent on extra days off, training, or as extra salary.
• You work alternately at home or at the office, depending on your work.
• On-call duty (surcharge) is part of the position.
• A generous training budget of €6,000 for you personally.
• Travel allowance or a home work allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• An allowance to set up your home workplace.
• A pension fund via ABP.
