Job Description: As a Customer Services IT manager within the Application Services department, you have a key position in this process. You are responsible for leading four driven DevOps teams, which play an important role in both information provision and the support of various financial processes. You encourage your teams to not only work more efficiently, but also to generate more value at improved rates.

Your Role: your responsibilities include:
• Guiding employees through the changes associated with our digital transformation and improving the functioning of the Application Services department.
• Ensuring good cooperation with suppliers at a strategic level.
• Focus on increasing quality and reliability in digitalization processes.
• Be ultimately responsible for the DevOps teams within Customer Services.
• Coaching employees in their personal and professional development.
• Inspiring your teams to improve the results of services every day & maintain focus on creating value.
• You are the escalation point for the DevOps teams and the designated person to discuss bottlenecks within the organization. You make use of your network and the agreed governance.
• Stay informed of developments within the IV&ICT Directorate and the organization and anticipate changes.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the field of IV or ICT.
• Experience with management information and system connections.
• Familiar with both Agile/Scrum and a project-based work approach.
• You have strong communication skills, you substantiate your positions with arguments and at the same time you are focused on cooperation and openness.
We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• Max €6,698 (scale 12) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• On top of your salary, you will receive an Individual Choice Budget of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training, or salary.
• An employment contract for 36 hours per week.
