Job Description: As a Developer in Dynamics365 F&O, you are involved in various challenging activities. You have a broad knowledge of financial processes and organizational structures, current laws & regulations. As a D365 F&O developer, you will link and integrate systems within D365 F&O. This includes LogicApps and Special services. You are also the sparring partner of our Solution Architect. Together you will come up with the best solutions that fit within the framework. You understand the needs of end users, key users, and team members. You can compare the standard solutions with what is needed, and turn them into practical use cases and stories.

Your Role: As a Developer in Dynamics365 F&O, your responsibilities include:
• Because of your broad knowledge and experience, you are not afraid to take the lead when it comes to technical matters.
• You are responsible for the development and disclosure of new functions on the platform that support the business process.
• You also take the initiative to resolve technical issues, train users and team members when necessary, and provide third-line support.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• HBO working and thinking level.
• 3 years of demonstrable knowledge and experience with development in Dynamics365 F&O.
• 2 years of demonstrable knowledge & experience with Azure.
• In addition to the hard requirements, we prefer someone with experience in financial processes and the utility sector, familiarity with Agile DevOps (SCRUM) and Logic Apps, as well as knowledge of SQL and experience in designing and implementing Microservices. Moreover, a certification as MS Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Developer (MB-500) and Core F&O (MB-300) is a big plus!
We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• Between €4,149 - €5,742 (scale 11) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• Good secondary employment conditions based on the collective labor agreement Working for water boards. On top of your salary, you will receive an Individual Choice Budget of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training, or salary.
• The option to work hybrid (50/50).
• A generous training budget of €6,000 for you personally.
• A travel allowance of €0.21 net per kilometer or a reimbursement based on 2nd class commuting.
• A home working allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• A compensation (€850) to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP pension fund.
