API Integration Specialist

Job Title: API Integration Specialist
Job Description: As an Integration Specialist, you contribute to the development of system integrations in Azure and the further growth of the Integration team. Together with the team, you work on unlocking data sources and integrating and publishing processes safely and efficiently. Publishing APIs is done via the Azure API Management platform, which also uses Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure Integration Account, and the Azure Service Bus to realize system integrations.

Your Role: As an Integration Specialist, your responsibilities include:
• Advising, analyzing, designing, and developing secure integrations using Azure Integration Services.
• Uniform publishing/accessing of internal and external APIs via the API platform.
• Advising, analyzing, designing, developing, and documenting integrations between different applications using Logic Apps, Function Apps & Azure Service Bus.
• Developing and extending CI/CD (YAML) pipelines for build, validation, testing, and deployment of APIs.
• Implementing and improving Security, Monitoring, and Alerting in Azure Monitor for the Integration Platform.
• Working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• HBO/WO working and thinking level. • Good command of the Dutch language.
• Experience with the Azure platform: API Management, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Integration Account, and Service Bus.
• Experience with IaC (ARM, BICEP).
• Experience working in an Agile team (Scrum).
• Experience in designing, developing, and documenting APIs (SOAP, REST, OAS).

We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• Between €3,874 - €5,271 (scale 10) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• Good secondary employment conditions based on the collective labor agreement Working for water boards. On top of your salary, you will receive an Individual Choice Budget of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training, or salary.
• Ability to perform your work both at home and in the office.
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous training budget of €6,000 (per 5 years).
• A travel allowance of €0.21 net per kilometer or a reimbursement based on 2nd class commuting.
• A home working allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• A compensation (€850) to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
