Job Description: As an experienced Maximo Application Engineer, you will work in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) scrum team within the Asset Services domain. The team is focused on digitizing and developing IT products for a data-driven asset management process.

Your Role: As a Maximo Application Engineer, your responsibilities include:
• Supporting in the design, realization, and management of advanced Maximo solutions.
• Leading and supporting the scrum team in the choice of solutions, design, realization, and testing.
• Promoting Continuous Delivery and test-driven development principles within the team.
• Contributing to increasing quality and output of the team through active participation in refinements of features and user stories.
• Acting as a bridge between different scrum teams, available knowledge and techniques within the organization, and domain architecture.
• Actively participating in realizing advanced Maximo solutions based on user needs.
• Bearing co-responsibility for choices made and the quality of the realization.
• Customer-oriented and flexible thinking when addressing new functional requirements.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• You have at least HBO working and thinking level.
• Demonstrable at least 3 years of experience as a Maximo application specialist and technical administrator.
• You have experience with Maximo Mobile.
• You have knowledge of middleware, APIs, SQL, and clustered environments.
• You have experience writing scripts within Maximo.
• You are the connector between stakeholders and administrators and have a lot of contact with both. That is why you have good communication skills and can interact and collaborate well with different people. You can handle pressure from stakeholders well, because you are stress-resistant and although you can work well together, you also find it easy to work independently. Furthermore, you are results-oriented, analytical, work accurately and understand the need for documentation.
We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• Between €3,874 and €5,271 (scale 10) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• No less than 21% of your monthly salary consists of Individual Choice Budget (IKB). With this, you can, for example, buy extra leave hours, fund training, or have it paid out as wages.
• Ability to perform your work both at home and in the office.
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous training budget of at least €6,000.
• Travel allowance or a home work allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• A reimbursement of a maximum of €850 to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
