Information analyst

Job Title: Information Analyst
Job Description: As an Information Analyst, you are the link between issue and solution. Together with your team, you are responsible for the management and further development of our most important applications, such as the Content Management System or the applications for Drinking Water Billing. You contribute to this by analyzing and optimizing business processes and information flows.

Your Role: As an Information Analyst, your responsibilities include:
• Identifying and documenting the information flows within our organization using systems such as Azure DevOps, BPMN, Bluedolphin, Visio, and specific CMS systems.
• Carrying out thorough information analyses, translating research results into product specifications and information, data or data models.
• Contributing to the development of product specifications and models to support realization, using systems such as D365 and Mecoms.
• Checking whether the product specifications meet the requirements of stakeholders and the established design principles, such as privacy, security and architecture.
• Helping the development team understand the functionality, break the work into smaller pieces, and estimate the time required to deliver.
• Ensuring that the design documentation is always up to date and available to all relevant team members. • Working closely with the Product Owner and project leader to make plans, take measures and weigh risks and opportunities.
• Contributing to resolving reports from the ITSM processes and analyzing incidents and problems to find sustainable solutions.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of experience in describing and modeling (preferably BPMN 2.0) of information flows.
• Experience working in a scrum team.
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.
• We greatly appreciate previous experience in the utilities sector.
We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• Between €3,874 - €5,271 (scale 10) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• Good secondary employment conditions based on the collective labor agreement Working for water boards. On top of your salary, you will receive an Individual Choice Budget of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training or salary.
• Ability to perform your work both at home and in the office.
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous training budget of €6,000 (per 5 years).
• A travel allowance of €0.21 net per kilometer or a reimbursement based on 2nd class commuting.
• A home working allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• A compensation (€850) to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
