Job Description: As a Scrum Master I&W, you play a crucial role in facilitating and stimulating changes within the organization. You are responsible for guiding our agile teams, coaching the team, team members, and the Product Owner, and ensuring efficient and effective working methods.

Your Role: As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities include:
• Coaching and guiding the agile team in agile working and thinking, focusing on attitude, behavior, and cultural values.
• Encouraging team members to achieve shared goals and facilitating the continuous improvement principle.
• Advising and coaching the product owner in managing the backlog and ensuring that the team can work efficiently.
• Maximizing the effectiveness of the team by using Scrum practices and facilitating the Agile processes.
• Identifying stagnations in the work and taking appropriate action to resolve or escalate them.
• In a complex environment, advising the product owner about the activities of various stakeholders and chain partners.
• Looking beyond just your own team(s) and working on improvements in collaboration between other teams and the rest of the organization.
• If necessary, participating in projects to provide additional support.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• HBO working and thinking level.
• At least the PSM1 certificate and some experience as a Scrum Master.
• Driven to further develop your skills as a Scrum Master.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to inspire and motivate teams.
• Good communication skills and can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• Max €6,161 (scale 10 and including IKB) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• No less than 21% of your monthly salary consists of Individual Choice Budget (IKB). With this, you can, for example, buy extra leave hours, fund training, or have it paid out as wages.
• Ability to perform your work both at home and in the office.
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous personal training budget of €6,000.
• Travel allowance or a home work allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• A reimbursement of a maximum of €850 to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
