Job Title: Contract Manager
Job Description: As a Contract Manager, you play a crucial role in our strategic partnerships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders. You are a driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing strong business relationships. Together with your team, you are responsible for managing contracts and optimizing collaborations, contributing to the success of our organization.

Your Role: As a Contract Manager, your responsibilities include:
• Supporting in the execution of tenders and the extension or termination of contracts.
• Supporting or negotiating with suppliers on new/adjustment contracts.
• Advising on contract types, SLAs and KPIs, contract scenarios and (co-)drafting them.
• Collecting and making contract information available to the line organization.
• Contributing to creating preconditions for maximum supplier performance.
• Directing the performance of suppliers and monitoring the relationship between our organization and the supplier.
• Carrying out benchmarks to test contracts for market conformity.
• Checking whether the requirements regarding security/privacy are guaranteed in the purchasing process.
• Contributing to the further professionalization and implementation of the contract management process.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• HBO working and thinking level.
• Recent knowledge and experience in the field of contract management in the IT field.
• Relevant experience with strategic contracts and critical suppliers.
• Legal knowledge of contract management, relevant laws and regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of European tenders is an advantage.
 • Knowledge and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is an advantage.
 • Knowledge and experience with ITIL management processes is an advantage.
 • Excellent communication skills.
We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• A salary between €3,874 and €5,271 (scale 10) or €4,299 and €5,940 (scale 11) per month for a 36-hour work week.
• An allowance on top of your salary of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training, or salary.
• You get 151.2 hours of vacation per year for a 36-hour work week.
• The option to work hybrid (50/50).
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous personal training budget of €6,000.
• Travel allowance or a home work allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• A reimbursement of up to €850 to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
