Job Title: Information Management Advisor
Job Description: As an Information Management Advisor, you play a crucial role in advising and shaping our information management. You are an expert in optimizing processes and developing frameworks for document and record management. You are the central point of contact for various departments providing expert and proactive advice and guidance in the field of information management.
About us: We are a company that faces challenges in the field of information management and is determined to further improve information management. The Information Provision department plays a strategic and tactical role in digital information management.
Your Role: As an Information Management Advisor, your responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing frameworks, guidelines and best practices for document and records management.
• Guiding departments towards structurally good information management and helping them draw up information management plans.
• Checking and guaranteeing the quality of registrations and compilation of (case) files.
• Advising on process improvements for efficient and effective working.
• Setting up systems, information flows and the information landscape in collaboration with IT and the business.
• Formulating requirements for registrations, files and systems.
• Participating in relevant consultation structures.
• Supporting Key Users Information Management with more complex questions.
• Coordinating structural issues with the policy officer.
• Providing information to users and Key Users Information Management about information systems and agreements.
• Translating (new) principles and frameworks into functional solutions in information systems.
• Being the first point of contact and handling emergencies in collaboration with the Archivist and Archive Manager.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• Minimum HBO+ working and thinking level.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field.
• Professional training within the professional field is an advantage, such as: SOD-II, HMDI, Associate Degree Management of Information or similar.
• Knowledge of information management, information management, information systems and IT is an advantage.
• Recent knowledge and experience in the field of infrastructure and workplace management.
• Demonstrable experience in a managerial IT position, for example IT Manager, IT Consultant or similar.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:
• A salary between €3,874 and €5,271 (scale 10) gross per month for 36 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience.
• An Individual Choice Budget on top of your salary of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training, or salary.
• You get 151.2 hours of vacation per year for a 36-hour work week.
• The option to work hybrid (50/50).
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous personal training budget of €6,000.
• Travel allowance or a home work allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
 • A reimbursement of up to €850 to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
