Your Role: As an advisor to the Infrastructure & Workplace department, you are the driving force behind improvements in working methods, communication and decision-making. Your responsibilities include:
• Collecting and drafting policy documents with a focus on organizational goals.
• Ensuring complete and well-substantiated documents for MT meetings.
• Monitoring progress, formulating SMART goals, coordinating Planning & Control cycle.
• Monitoring board and management developments and translating them into department policy.
• Identifying opportunities and threats, advising MT.
• Advising department head on leadership and MT work processes.
• Managing documentation and decisions, ensuring transparent decision-making.
• Collaborating with analysts from other departments within the IV&ICT directorate and fellow directorates.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• Minimum HBO(+) working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Recent knowledge and experience in the field of infrastructure and workplace management.
• Demonstrable experience in a management IT position, for example IT Manager, IT Consultant or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
We Offer: you will have excellent employment conditions:
• Depending on the experience you bring, we offer a salary between €4,385 and €6,058 (scale 11) or €4,871 and €6,832 (scale 12) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• Good secondary employment conditions based on the collective labor agreement Working for water boards. On top of your salary, you will receive an Individual Choice Budget of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training or salary.
• Ability to perform your work both at home and in the office.
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous training budget of €6,000 for you personally.
• Travel allowance for office days and a home working allowance of € 3 net per home working day.
• A reimbursement of a maximum of €850 to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
