Job Description: As a Test Specialist, you really help to increase quality awareness in the team while we are busy building integrations and connections. With your expertise, you can quickly identify which points the team needs to test to ensure quality.

Your Role: As a Test Specialist, your duties and responsibilities include:
• Determining the most suitable test strategy based on test objectives and risks.
• Structuring and optimizing the test processes within the team, contributing to increasing quality awareness.
• Drawing up detailed test plans and test scenarios.
• Organizing and supervising tests, both within the team (Unit Testing & Integration Testing) and externally (GAT/Chain Test).
• Implementing test automation, where you develop test scripts to increase test coverage.
• Creating clear test reports and dashboards, with which you provide insight into the quality and risks of the integration process.
• Sharing your knowledge with the team, so that team members can carry out testing activities independently and effectively.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:
• HBO/WO working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Experience with testing in an Azure environment.
• Experience in drafting test specifications and automated test scripts.
• Minimum TMAP or ISTQB (foundation) certification.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language.
We Offer: If you work at Waternet, you have excellent employment conditions:
• Between €3,736 - €5,092 (scale 10) gross per month for 36 hours per week.
• Good secondary employment conditions based on the collective labor agreement Working for water boards. On top of your salary, you will receive an Individual Choice Budget of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training or salary.
• Ability to perform your work both at home and in the office.
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous training budget of €6,000 (per 5 years). • A travel allowance of €0.21 net per kilometer or a reimbursement based on 2nd class commuting.
• A home working allowance of €3 net per day working from home.
• A compensation (€850) to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
