Job Title: Product Owner 

Job Description: As a Product Owner you are responsible for optimizing the value of your product within our Infrastructure & Workplace department. You play an essential role in translating user wishes into concrete actions for your agile team, developing a clear product vision and strategy.

Your Role: As a Product Owner, you will be the link between users, stakeholders and your agile team, creating maximum value for your product within the I&W platform. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing a product vision and strategy, based on new trends and stakeholder needs.
• Shaping the desired functionality through technical designs and/or automation of business processes, prioritizing the product backlog.
• Coordinating with product owners from other teams to manage dependencies and draw up a coherent program backlog.
• Monitoring the quality of delivered items and identifying risks.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, we ask the following from you:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner within an agile team, focused on IT infrastructure and/or workplace automation/digitalization.
• HBO(+) working and thinking level.
• Certifications in the field of Agile working as a Product Owner are an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps and knowledge of/experience with Topdesk.
• At least 3 years of knowledge and experience in the field of Microsoft Cloud workplace and/or IT infrastructure products, and/or IT infrastructure solutions from brands such as Cisco, Palo Alto and HP Aruba.
• Good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.

We Offer: You will have excellent employment conditions:

• A salary between €4,299 and €5,940 (scale 11 for medior) or €4,775 and €6,698 (scale 12 for senior) per month for 36 hours per week.
• An allowance on top of your salary of no less than 21%. You can have this paid out in extra days off, training or salary.

• Ability to perform your work both at home and in the office.
• Possibility of flexible working hours, depending on your work.
• A generous training budget of €6,000 for you personally.
• Travel allowance or a home work allowance of € 3 net per day working from home.
• A reimbursement of a maximum of €850 to set up your home workplace.
• Pension insurance through the ABP Pension Fund.
