Job Description:
At Q-lite, innovation and sustainability are at the core of everything we do. To further develop our strong growth and international ambitions, we are looking for a Product Owner / Team Leader R&D for our office in Baarle-Hertog / Baarle-Nassau.
Responsibilities:
Discuss, assess, develop, monitor, and translate customer needs into a strategic roadmap for your team.
Clearly align agreements and requirements with various stakeholders.
Maintain the vision and objectives for the end product.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development process.
Estimate the time and costs required for project execution.
Coordinate and manage the roadmap, scope, associated budgets, and required resources.
Set clear priorities and specify tasks in Jira Software (epics/user stories) in collaboration with the team.
Build and maintain a sustainable collaboration with external development partners.
Manage a team of 6 to 8 developers across 3 locations.
Evaluate team members through bi-annual performance review discussions.
Requirements:
Extensive expertise and understanding of business domains.
Broad insight into IT domains.
Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner leading an Agile development team.
Certified PSPO I and PSPO II.
Ability to delegate tasks and maintain an overview to achieve the desired end result.
Ability to set priorities.
Decisive and pragmatic.
Motivational leadership skills.
Customer- and market-oriented approach.
Ability to switch between the language of the customer and that of developers smoothly.
Innovative mindset.
Experience in product and portfolio management.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
A reliable team player with a sense of responsibility.
